Above and beyond - fantastic advice and service
We have recently used the team at JBGass to undertake a house purchase. We have used them before on previous house moves and this time, the service was no different.
Unlike most solicitors who seem to want to avoid engagement via telephone and hide behind emails, the service at JBGass is reassuringly personal - which I really value.
In addition, the house purchase which we have just exchanged turned into an extremely complex matter, as JBGass identified a number of legal points on the title which the seller's previous solicitor had failed to identify on their purchase 2 years prior. Natalie Rogerson at JBGass and her team went above and beyond in their work to ensure we fully understood the title that we were acquiring and ensure we were not left at risk.
I could not recommend the team more highly.

Great to deal with
We have used JBGass twice in relation to the purchase of new homes and for the sale of ours in London. On both occasions found them to be great to deal with. Their communications are always clear, concise, easy to understand and quick. It is clear they are investing in technology to make the conveyancing process easier for their clients which is great to see. I would not hesitate to recommend them

By far the best
We moved house during lockdown and found JBGass to be one the best companies we dealt with. Natalie always responded to our queries quickly. Compared to other Solicitors we encounted JBGass were by far the best and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone

New home in time for Christmas
JBGass did an outstanding job helping us purchase our next family home during a very tough time with lockdown restrictions. Less than 5 weeks from offer accepted to completion Natalie Rogerson managed all the conveyancing and ensured we were in our new home in time for Christmas. I really don�t think we could have done it without the support of JBGass. Thank you to Rick, Natalie and all the team for helping us and we look forward to working with you again in the near future

Recently used JBGass Conveyancing services for a house purchase & sale. Found the team, and Natalie S who led on our transactions, very helpful. Second to none
I've used JBGass for two purchases and one sale and throughout all transactions, the service I've received has been second to none. Stress will be kept to a minimum
Natalie Rogerson is an absolute super star. The service that both I and my clients receive from her is always faultless (even during Covid and the stamp duty holiday).Natalie's communication and dedication to her work and clients is second to none and she is head and shoulders ahead of her contemporaries. Selling houses is well known to be a stressful experience but with Natalie as your solicitor the stress will be kept to a minimum
