Lifetime Mortgage
My parents were going through a very complicated lifetime mortgage. Zoe Olender was fantastic with my parents and myself. Zoe dealt with all the solicitors ( there was another 3 involved) and sorted any problems out. Zoe was very professional throughout but also easy to speak to.
We wouldn't of got this over the line without Zoe's skill, professionalism and dedication .

Sale and purchase of residential property
Zoe Olender recently acted for our house sale and purchase in Cheshire. Speedy & Efficient
When I first contacted the firm for a quote I requested that they only take my work if they could get the work done so I would be in my house before Christmas, well they exceeded my expectations and I got my keys at the end of November, which was less than two months since I put the offer in! It was a very short chain (me moving into ab empty house) but they were fully on top of things, constantly keeping me updated. With previous solicitors it seems I have had to be in contact with them nonstop to actually get anything done but JBGass didn't give me a chance to do that. Overall very pleased and everyone I spoke to was polite and friendly too. I also got 3 quotes for the work and their pricing was online with the other quotes I got.

Conveying (sale and related purchase)
I recently used Jb gass conveyance services for the sale of my property and a related purchase. From the offset I found the service to be outstanding. People say that moving house is a stressful life event. I can honestly say that I did not find this to be the case. My case was dealt with by Zoe and Lara with professionalism and efficiency. They answered my calls whenever I needed them or called me asap if I requested and offered advice as required. There was also an app I used to request updates and this was also very responsive and great for easy contact with the team. You could also track progress and see documents etc. They did not make me feel like a burden to them in any way. Things were easily explained and this took the headache out of the whole process. This is the third house move I have done but the first time using JB gass. On this occasion I barely noticed anything was happening until I got a completion date as everything was handled for me. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending their services and should I required any legal assistance going forward I wouldn’t go anywhere else! 10 out of 10 service.

Excellent solicitor
We used this JBGass for a transfer of ownership and remortgage. Zoe and Lara were really helpful and knowledgeable on our case, we always received a quick response to any queries we had. Would highly recommend Zoe and Lara to family and friends.

Zoe was brilliant
I had a bit of a rocky start moving home but when Zoe got involved she took the task in hand and worked as quickly and efficiently as possible. Communication was good too from Zoe and from Lara her paralegal. In the end I was very pleased and I'd definitely recommend her. The service was priced well too.

Sale of our house
