I recently used Jb gass conveyance services for the sale of my property and a related purchase. From the offset I found the service to be outstanding. People say that moving house is a stressful life event. I can honestly say that I did not find this to be the case. My case was dealt with by Zoe and Lara with professionalism and efficiency. They answered my calls whenever I needed them or called me asap if I requested and offered advice as required. There was also an app I used to request updates and this was also very responsive and great for easy contact with the team. You could also track progress and see documents etc. They did not make me feel like a burden to them in any way. Things were easily explained and this took the headache out of the whole process. This is the third house move I have done but the first time using JB gass. On this occasion I barely noticed anything was happening until I got a completion date as everything was handled for me. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending their services and should I required any legal assistance going forward I wouldn’t go anywhere else! 10 out of 10 service.

Excellent solicitor
We used this JBGass for a transfer of ownership and remortgage. Zoe and Lara were really helpful and knowledgeable on our case, we always received a quick response to any queries we had. Would highly recommend Zoe and Lara to family and friends.

Zoe was brilliant
I had a bit of a rocky start moving home but when Zoe got involved she took the task in hand and worked as quickly and efficiently as possible. Communication was good too from Zoe and from Lara her paralegal. In the end I was very pleased and I'd definitely recommend her. The service was priced well too.

Sale of our house
Fantastic service from the team once again. I have used JGGass for my conveyancing a number of times now and each time they seem to get better and better. Zoe in particular was great dealing with our sale.

The best experience I had
I sold and bought my house with Myerson.

Very friendly and professional approach.
Great communication. Everything was done in a time frame agreed at the beginning.

Smooth and efficient service
Zoe Olender and the Residential Property team handled my house purchase for me. What could well have been a stressful exercise for me was taken out of my hands and handled in a proactive, professional and fuss-free manner. Zoe and the team were very approachable and gave practical and easy-to-understand advice. All in all, an excellent service was provided and the purchase was completed quickly and efficiently.

Excellent conveyancing service
I used Myerson for the sale of one property and the purchase of another, and Zoe Olender has been simply excellent. I was kept informed of progress at every stage, and all queries were answered promptly. It was a complicated sale but Zoe solved any issues that arose and chased it through to completion. Do not be fooled by cheap conveyancing services- buying and selling property is stressful enough without having a solicitor who is uncontactable- Myerson are worth every penny for the professional, efficient and quality service that they provide.
