Completely stay away from these my experience is completely shocking they just use and abuse you for there own benefit I tried to change them multiple times over the years but excuse after excuse my litigation friend as an excuse but they didn’t realise she had a brain injury when she was. 18 and it affects her thinking process
So I requested a change but this never got done
The COP are supposed to relieve your stress but no they just add it on
I know have a new fanatic solicitors who is helping me in so many ways
Flectures yout just a statistic chuck you to the wolves when done with you

I couldn't recommend Fletchers more, they made the process so seamless. Communication was great with the use of their app, as somebody using a solicitor for the first time, I couldn't be happier with my experience.

I was with fletchers for nearly 3 years, during this time I was struggling with the grief of my twins. Sarah Lowe and the team worked so hard to fight for me when I was mentally strong enough to do so. I can’t thank the team enough and highly recommend them for medical negligence.

We had an amazing case handler, Sophie, who supported us at every step of the Process.
Sophie is a genuinely empathetic person who was always sensitive to how we might be feeling. I don’t think we could have chosen any better solicitor to manage our case.
