Completely diabolically rubbish

Completely stay away from these my experience is completely shocking they just use and abuse you for there own benefit I tried to change them multiple times over the years but excuse after excuse my litigation friend as an excuse but they didn’t realise she had a brain injury when she was. 18 and it affects her thinking process
So I requested a change but this never got done
The COP are supposed to relieve your stress but no they just add it on
I know have a new fanatic solicitors who is helping me in so many ways
Flectures yout just a statistic chuck you to the wolves when done with you
My opinion don’t use these

I have always been unsure with solicitors, but I can say that Fletchers have been fantastic throughout the whole of my journey.
I was given a contact name and number so I had continuity.
They have always been very helpful with any questions or queries I had and nothing was too much trouble for them.

To us, the most important thing about personal injury and medical negligence law is the individual at the centre of it all. Our passion for catastrophic injury began in 1987, when our former Chairman, Rob Fletcher, formed a new legal firm specialising personal injury litigation. As a motorbike enthusiast, it was his vision to protect the rights of injured accident victims. Fletchers was created with just nine members of staff. But we soon built up an enviable reputation for being one of the best in the industry; enhanced by the leadership of Rob’s nephew, and our former CEO, Ed Fletcher, who brought to the firm his lived experience of the staggering impact of a serious spinal cord injury.
