The house sale moved quickly and they were helpful to sort out issues and to get it completed quickly. It was an auction sale and so we were hoping to settle asap and once they sorted out who was dealing with our issue, it moved at a great pace to be sure to close on the date requested. I spotted one error in accounting and a charge (400) was charged twice, so do check your invoices! No issues and was given the full amount owed. It would be good to have more of a sliding scale for a house sale if the property is not sold for much, rather than a flat fee.

Rebecca Shepherd is worth her weight in gold. This was my first ever house purchase and before the journey I was stressed and nervous. Rebecca took this all away and made the process so easy for me answering any questions I had along the way and keeping me right step by step. This was my first time selling a home and so glad that I chose Gilson Gray. After an initial conversation with Kirsten Dickie she explained the house selling whole process down to an absolute tee and was extremely knowledgeable. Our solicitor , Debbie was amazing also in keeping us updated on potential viewers and offers that were put in for our home. The photography and drone footage from Gilson Gray was extremely professional and this showed as we had numerous viewings and offers within the first week of the house going on the market. The offer accepted was completed within 2 weeks which myself and my partner were absolute over the moon about which I can only thank Gilson Gray for with their professionalism through the whole process.
A special mention again to Kirsten Dickie who again explained furthermore of the conveyancing side of things after the sale of the house was complete. She was nothing short of amazing with her expertise in the legal line of work . It was a pleasure to deal with her.
