£500 for simple cohabitation agreement stating non-married partner moving in to property wouldn’t gain equity in house by paying bills. Completed within 1 month. Simple and quick. Expensive for a basic cohabitation agreement, but still the best priced on the market

I used OLS to get my financial consent order through the court. I can't recommend them highly enough. They were kind, friendly, efficient and very quick with no hidden costs involved and the process was very easy. I am writing this review because I was unsure about using an online solicitor to do this but I'm so glad I did. It saved me a lot of money in the long run and they really know what they're doing.

POSTNUPTIAL AGREEMENT Was put together Professionally by OLS Legal Solicitors team.

Georgina and Zoe were patient and understanding along the way as it was a process between myself and partner to get information together and produce over time.

Excellent quality, reasonable cost service

When researching for lawyers for a pre-nuptial agreement, there was a huge price difference between the firms. This firm was the most reasonable by far and offered a flat fee which of course gave clarity on costs rather than many who were charging per hour. Their service was fast, professional and friendly which is important given the topics they are dealing with. Would for sure recommend and use again for any similar matters.

Get's what you pay for....

We went to Relate for mediation in our divorce.
Had everything I needed for the Financial and Consent Order from them.
Needed a solicitor to legalise it and submit it to the courts.
Back and forth took a bit time.
Then, despite assurances that the solicitors' holiday would not impact the process.
It effectively halted it until their return.
My wife an I were still cohabiting due to costs and a lack of trust, I'd would have preferred the truth rather than platitudes.
BUT - if money is an issue for you, £650 is a heck of a lot cheeper than three to six thousand from other solicitors.
