I was recommended Karen Gleed at Hine Solicitors Swindon offices, by another legal professional, to help with a mortgage transfer and Title deeds transfer after a divorce.
Karen was nothing short of amazing. Very professional, very knowledgeable about all that needed doing, helped me through each step of the way, always kept me up to date with all proceedings, always courteous and a pleasure to talk too.
Being the first (and last) divorce I had many questions, which Karen was always more than happy to answer and kept me reassured throughout the entire process
Karen went above and beyond in helping me and I really can't thank her enough.

My first house purchase in 25 years was a scary prospect but Karen was patient and approachable and took a lot of stress out of the process.
She was knowledgeable and thorough, firm when she needed to be and flexible at other times. Her secretary, Angela, was also extremely efficient and friendly.
I would readily recommend their services.
Whilst not the cheapest conveyancers I could have used I believe that the extra was worth paying.

Hine Solicitors dealt with our recent property purchase and were faultless from start to finish. Matt Phillips and Heather were dealing with our case and ensured that every detail was communicated and were on hand to answer any of our queries.
We happened to move on the day of the Barclays outage and Matt worked tirelessly to ensure that we were able to ‘move in under license’, which avoided us in having to unpack our removal van and delay our move date, which we are very grateful for!
We want to thank all of the team at Hine Solicitors, particularly Matt and Heather in their attention to detail and fantastic communication and customer service, we would highly recommend and use Hine Solicitors again.

I had the recent misfortune to be arrested in December 2023, however, my policy appointed Solicitor was Ms Cole. She instilled a confidence in me, someone who was not familiar with this environment and subsequently quite shaken by the whole experience.
She has continued to support me throughout the past 13 months with guidance and advice which has led to the case being closed with no further action.
It has been a godsend to have someone like Courtney in my corner advising and reassuring me each step of the way.

Service you rarely get.
A while ago we went through difficult times, having to find a care home for Kath’s 93 year old mother, finding and arranging a long term care annuity to fund her care and selling both our own home and hers and relocating from Watford to Poole. We chose a local legal firm for our own sale and purchase, but despite them having good reviews we came to regret our decision. When it came to selling Irene’s home we knew we had to look elsewhere. We mentioned this to Andrew Brackenbury of Keep Trust Planning and he recommended Hine Solicitors at Swindon, who we went with. This proved to be a great decision, and we were lucky enough to have Karen Gleed and Angela Clayton looking after the sale.
They were both very professional, always cheerful and a pleasure to work with.
