Very understanding and supportive

Irfan qureshi from hine Solicitors met me in court and listened to my story and understood and advised me on how to go about the situation I was in. He spoke to the judge and the judge listened to everything my solicitor said and let me off with a warning. Thanks so much hine Solicitors.

Don’t touch this company. Avoid.

My name is Elizabeth Hall. I am Dr E Hall. Not maybe usual client. My solicitor Darryl Foster from Hine’s was a total disaster and he should be removed by Lae Society. I first engaged Mr Foster early 2020. Immediately concerns arose. Prior court appearance he had failed to even speak with me or learn how to plead. He failed to assist my disability and in wheel chair giving false information. In the event the court and my colleagues provided information which was that court provided wheelchair and special access. This continued and he was sacked for inertia. Re instated when was the arrested charge harassment. Another 5 k was requested and paid. Three months later have not spoke to MR Foster and multiple errors. Severed contact. He was dismissed. Even police suggested need to change solicitor. Avoid this company please.

Fantastic Service

I recently used Hine Solicitors to sell my house. I have worked with the same solicitor, Talwinder, a number of times and she and her team continue to be professional, friendly, responsive and extremely efficient - communication is clear and expectations are managed. I really appreciate their support navigating a tricky sale and I will continue to work with them on the purchase of my new home.

Review of David Hicks

From our very first meeting, he demonstrated a deep understanding of the law and provided clear, practical advice that helped guide me through a complex situation. What stood out the most was David’s genuine commitment to ensuring my best interests were always a priority. He took the time to explain each step of the process in a way that was easy to understand, and I never felt rushed or overwhelmed. I also was communicating with Jessica throughout my case, she was so helpful and make me feel at ease by explaining everything thoroughly. The professionalism and dedication David and Jessica displayed throughout the entire process truly made a difference.
I am incredibly grateful for David’s expertise and support, and I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of legal assistance. He is undoubtedly an asset to the legal profession.

Karen Gleed at Hine solicitors

I was recommended Karen Gleed at Hine Solicitors Swindon offices, by another legal professional, to help with a mortgage transfer and Title deeds transfer after a divorce.
Karen was nothing short of amazing. Very professional, very knowledgeable about all that needed doing, helped me through each step of the way, always kept me up to date with all proceedings, always courteous and a pleasure to talk too.
Being the first (and last) divorce I had many questions, which Karen was always more than happy to answer and kept me reassured throughout the entire process
Karen went above and beyond in helping me and I really can't thank her enough.
Karen was amazing, Thank you very much to Karen and Hine solicitors.

Brilliant customer service

Natalie assisted us both in the sale of our flat and subsequent house purchase. She was polite and friendly, working efficiently and professionally to complete tasks and keep us well informed, answering any questions we had along the way. I had previously used Hine and been disappointed with the service I received but Natalie has really changed my opinion and I couldn’t recommend her highly enough.

Karen Gleed., Swindon office

My first house purchase in 25 years was a scary prospect but Karen was patient and approachable and took a lot of stress out of the process.
She was knowledgeable and thorough, firm when she needed to be and flexible at other times. Her secretary, Angela, was also extremely efficient and friendly.
I would readily recommend their services.
Whilst not the cheapest conveyancers I could have used I believe that the extra was worth paying.

Purchase and Sale

We had the pleasure of working with Joma Lawton from Hine Solicitors for both the purchase and sale of our property, and we cannot recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, they demonstrated exceptional professionalism, clear communication, and attention to detail.

Their in-depth knowledge of property law made what could have been a stressful process smooth and manageable. They kept us informed at every stage, responded promptly to queries, and ensured that all the necessary paperwork and legalities were handled efficiently.

Their approach was thorough, and they always made us feel like our case was a priority. The level of care and professionalism they displayed was truly reassuring, and their fee structure was transparent with no hidden costs. Thank you, Joma and Nicola.

My experience with court and using Hine Solicitors.

I will try to be brief.

I was convicted with a Drink driving offence, and causing seriously injury. The party who was injured is one of my closest friends. I do not excuse my actions, and the guilt wains on me.

However, I have never been in trouble with the police or courts before, and have also never needed the advice from Solicitor's until this even.

I was arrested, and the morning after, I was asked if I would like legal representation, which I said "yes please" to.

My first point of contact was Jonathan Knight. He met me the day after my arrest, and guided me through the initial police interview. If I may (Jonny) was my first and main correspondent. Jonny was wonderful to speak to, encouraged me on how to act and prepare, and gave very good advice.

Moving forward to the (I think) it was the pre-sentence? I received a letter from the police rather quite late, in turn, I called Jonny, and with-in 4 days, a solicitor has been arranged for me.

The solicitor arranged for me on the pre-sentence, was Holly Burton. Holly was very easy to approach, gave incredible detail in response to all my questions (remember, I am very very nervous at this point) - However, from Holly's guidance, and advice, I left the court room that day feeling very calm, and my stress had been contained.

Moving forward-

I had my main sentencing date.

I was greeted by Samir Tahir, who represented me. Bearing in mind this was almost last minute, due to court being very busy that day, and a lack of solicitors.
Samir was an utter joy to meet. I had prepared my own personal statement and character references from family.
While we were in the courtroom. The way Samir had surmised who I was from the references, and the way Samir spoke about me, was really rather touching.

I do apologise for typing for so long, but I think it is a very important thing for people who, like, me, are in a similar situation with dealing with this for the first time. I also think it's good to point out my own experience in detail.

I received Legal Aid for this incident. I have heard from numerous sources as to not accept legal aid, and I quote "you will be ripped off" - However, this is, and has not been the case. I went in to this with legal aid expecting everything people have told me. Oh, how they were wrong. Now I can't say that every case or company, or individuals are the same.

I had, and I want to say "incredible" experience, but considering the gravity of my offence, I can't. My experience with Hine Solicitor's was actually quite captivating.

I would duly like to express my thanks to Jonny, Holly, and Samir. And to Hine.

Politely, I hope I do not have to use you again! But, if I ever got into a situation where I needed legal advice, I would absolutely use Hone once more.

Thank you so much
