Kyle took over my very long on-going legal case, which had been mainly due to Covid. He is one of the most approachable and friendly Solicitors that I have ever encountered. He was very knowledgeable and sorted out my case. He explained things in an understandable way and updated me regularly along the way. He even came to my local office in Royal Wootton Bassett to meet me in person, which was very much appreciated. I was then able to explain my queries to him and he advised me accordingly.

What should have been a quick change of name on the title deeds, turned into a very prolonged exercise. Instructions from another department of AWB were misinterpreted by the Conveyancing Dept, conflicting advice was given on the provision of ID and attention to detail on legal forms was appalling. My name was spelled incorrectly twice on a form, as was the address to be used for the change of title deeds. Having used the wills service that was carried out with professionalism but I cannot say the same for the Conveyancing Dept. I would never have sent out a form without checking the names and spellings of important information. If I ever decide to move then I will certainly not be using Awdry Law's Conveyancing Dept. Absolute shambles from start to finish.
