I don't really write reviews often but I really feel that one is well deserved for Angel Wilkins.
From start to finish my partner and I have felt extremely happy with the service we have received from Daniel Fraser who looked after our conveyancing when we were buying a new house.

We gave Angel Wilkins instruction at the start of December 23 and moved in to our house at the beginning of February 24. Even with the Christmas closure Daniel has worked so getting our house purchase through and has been easily available for phone calls, in-office visits and via e-mail.

We can't thank Daniel and the Angel Wilkins team in Swindon enough for their great levels of communication, professionalism and speed. Are they the cheapest around? No, but you get what you pay for and these guys are marvellous!

AW helped me with conveyancing on my flat sale and I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. The team were highly efficient and thorough and I always felt confident that things were being handled correctly. Comparing to experiences with other solicitors, AW were first class.

Don't use them!

I used their services again and this time I was disappointed. They work too slowly and I had to solve some things for them myself. They do not check who they are sending emails to, they sent my private details to another person (completely unknown to me) instead of sending it to my wife!

Angel Wilkins recently did the conveyancing on both my flat sale and my house purchase and did an amazing job. It wasn't the easiest, and the pandemic added to the difficulties but Amanda and the team were always on top of things, kept in good contact, and got things over the line as quickly as was possible. Having seen delays caused by my buyers solicitors, I can say Angel Wilkins work to a much higher level of professionalism.

Excellent communication (Swindon)

Daniel Fraser helped me going through the process of buying my first house very smoothly. He took time answer all my questions and explain the procedures. I was always kept up to date and all communication were very clear and concise.

Angel Wilkins was suggested by my mortgage broker and I couldn't be more satisfied. In turn I will also definitely recommend.

Don't bother calling up to understand your paper work

This review is for a different branch.

From what I remember when we brought our house, Elizabeth was fine and sale went through well. After 5 years at the house and me calling up just to ask help to understand the deeds to the house in the hope to get an extension, they came across very agitated and annoyed with me, not helpful which has upset me. I know all our documents would be boxed away, I just wanted to understand the paperwork that I have in front of me in the hope to avoid getting planning permission. Now it looks like we will have to pay for that or ask around to get someone to help us understand the paperwork that was given to us. Will not use them in the future due to the rudeness.
Feels like once they have dealt with you, you are no longer of any importance.
