Preparation of Joint Wills

My wife and I finally faced up to the reality that we should have prepared wills years ago. We had previously used Francis George to purchase and register the freehold of our lease, an exercise that proved more difficult than it should have due to obstructive behavior by the then freehold owner. Our case solicitor patiently resolved each obstruction and as we had a good outcome it was natural that we turned to Francis George to prepare our wills. The matter was professionally handled in a relaxed manner that put us at ease. We received exemplary guidance throughout the process which required only two visits. We were advised of the cost up front and pleased that we did not incur additional costs having requested minor changes. Should the need arise we would not hesitate to use Francis George again.

The service I received from Megan Want at Francis George Solicitors was first class and I would recommend her services to anyone.

I thought all I initially needed was a letter to get lenders who were bullying and trying to call in a loan 6 months before it was due to be reasonable, but ended up with it taken to court and ultimately, thanks to Megan, settling for what I had asked for all along, but would have had no chance of achieving without her scrutinising what they had and hadn't done within the guidelines of the law.

I would highly recommend FGS although they did not represent me, they gave me a One Hour Free of charge consultation, in which Mr Robani explained to me what to do and how, as well as explaining to me where I had gone wrong and also certain factors that my previous solictors had missed !!! I really cannot recommend Ross Peters enough. Throughout my custody battle he was there to answer any question no matter how small and replied instantly with anything I needed. Communication was fantastic throughout and he guided me through everything. In court, he helped me to reach a final conclusion quickly and I came out with a better result than I ever thought I would have. Thanks to Ross, I can now enjoy regular contact with my children.
