Preparation of Joint Wills
My wife and I finally faced up to the reality that we should have prepared wills years ago. We had previously used Francis George to purchase and register the freehold of our lease, an exercise that proved more difficult than it should have due to obstructive behavior by the then freehold owner. Our case solicitor patiently resolved each obstruction and as we had a good outcome it was natural that we turned to Francis George to prepare our wills. The matter was professionally handled in a relaxed manner that put us at ease. We received exemplary guidance throughout the process which required only two visits. We were advised of the cost up front and pleased that we did not incur additional costs having requested minor changes. Should the need arise we would not hesitate to use Francis George again.
