Charged more than quoted!
Very unhappy that we were quoted £300 to alter our wills and then were charged £390.
When my husband called to challenge this, we were told the price stood and the person he was speaking to hung up!
Very disappointed as we have been a customer for years and so have our family.
We will now take our custom elsewhere.

I have used this firm for thirty years and in recent years all aspects have become much less personal and clinical. The expansion of staff and limited hours some work is not conducive to a smooth process.
Automated email responses advising a despise with be 2/3 working days is not acceptable. Solicitors should have a personal relationship with clients.

Jenny, senior conveyancer and her team were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. They've dealt with all matters professionally and always were quick to respond to any of our questions and queries. Jenny has gone absolutely above and beyond on the house purchase as we've had many issues with other party's solicitor. Jenny has been pushing to get everything over the line and if it wasn't for her we would still not complete the purchase and the sale of our house. If you are looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, proactive, professional and extremely supportive solicitor then Catteralls are what you are looking for and more! Having dealt with various conveyancers in the past, I must admit that I would use Catteralls again without a doubt in my mind.
