Mr Khalil acted for us regarding the sale of our parents' home, following the passing of our mother.
From day one to completion it was a straight forward process. Communication was excellent. Mr Khalil would always pick up the phone or reply to an email in super quick time to answer any questions regarding the conveyancing process.
This is the second time in 12 months that I personally have called on Mr Khalil. He had previously acted for me in the purchase of a property and after an excellent experience I didn't hesitate to ask him to act for us on this occasion.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Mr. Khalil at Lissy's Wakefield for my conveyancing, and I couldn't be more impressed.
From the start, Mr. Khalil stood out with his friendly, honest, and professional approach. His communication was exceptional, keeping me informed every step of the way, and I never once had to chase him for updates – something I’ve had to do with other solicitors in the past. This really took the stress out of the home move process!

What really sets Mr. Khalil and his team apart is the excellent value they provide. The price was was very reasonable compared to about 5 other firms I had spoken with. His attention to detail and dedication to ensuring everything went smoothly made the entire process (of about 7 weeks) stress free.
It’s clear that he genuinely cares about his clients, and his expertise was evident in how efficiently and seamlessly he handled my case and was very attentively looked after our interests.

Mr. Khalil is a true asset to Liddy's Wakefield, and I highly recommend anyone looking for conveyancing services to look no further and just instruct them. You won’t be disappointed.
