Fantastic Service!
We had a excellent experience with Mr Khalil, for both buying and selling our house. He was always on hand to answer any questions we had, and kept us well informed at every stage. Thanks for all your help Mr Khalil :)

Smooth & straight forward process
We are first time buyers and had no idea where to begin when buying our first home. Liddy's came recommended and we are so glad that we decided to go with them!
The process was extremely smooth, everything was explained to us in a way that we understood, and MN Khalil was very responsive with both emails and phone calls, which was refreshing as you hear so many horror stories about solicitors being impossible to get hold of.
As FTB with a very small chain, we completed within 13 weeks of having our offer accepted, however this was largely due to availability of people within the chain and we were advised we could have completed in as little as 11 weeks.

First time buyer
Our Liddy's experience has been great. After we had a bad experience with our first conveyancer solicitor, we moved and instructed Liddy's to complete on our first home. The process was super fast, our solicitor Ashley Mallett was very supportive and talked us through the process. I would recommend Liddy's.

Best conveyancing experience
Mohammed at Liddy's was recommended to me by a colleague, which proved to be an excellent recommendation. Mohammed was extremely responsive to email and even the estate agent dealing with the property sale was impressed with his prompt replies. For all future property conveyancing, I will always choose Liddy's and highly recommend them to anyone else, as I received an exceptional service at a very reasonable price. The property purchase went through in 2.5 months despite being in a chain!

The best in Wakefield
I have used Liddys solicitors for 3 separate house purchases/ sales and each time I received an excellent and professional service. I was kept up to date all the way through the process and responses are always quick. I wouldn’t use anyone else and would fully recommend.
