I would recommend Liddy’s to anyone looking for a conveyancing solicitor.
I researched several companies before I chose Liddy’s to provide conveyancing service for both the sale and purchase of a house. They were not the cheapest, but the positive reviews persuaded me they would be good, I was pleased I chose them!
My first sale fell through just before completion and they provided a generous discount for the work they had already undertaken. My second sale did complete but the purchasers used a dreadful conveyancing company – very cheap – but you appear to get what you pay for! Liddy’s were always ‘on the ball’, chasing the other company and maintaining constant attention to speed up the process. Mr Khalil deserves praise for his complete professionalism throughout. As frustrating as the other company made the process, he persevered to bring the completion over the line.
The communication from Mr Khalil was outstanding, often replying to questions outside normal office hours. He kept me updated on the progress and provided sound advice along the journey.
Due to the first sale falling through and the incompetence of the conveyancing company used by the second purchases, the process took 10 months, but Liddy’s original quotations did not increase, despite the extra work needed.

Exceptional Service

Outstanding
I recently had the pleasure of working with Mr. Khalil and I can honestly say that his service was nothing short of outstanding from start to finish.
Living in a different city, I was initially concerned about managing everything remotely. However, the online portal was incredibly user-friendly and streamlined, making the whole process smooth and hassle-free. I never once felt out of the loop, thanks to his excellent communication. I was informed about every step and Mr Khalil was always quick to respond.
What really stood out, however, was his speed and efficiency. The chain above us was well advanced, and we had a tight window to get everything completed in time. Remarkably, despite the pressure, Mr. Khalil had everything ready in just 6 weeks! Even my agent, who has years of experience in sales progression, was amazed at how quickly he managed to get the sale done—he’s never seen a case go through so fast! Hats off to Mr. Khalil for making what could have been a stressful process feel incredibly smooth.
His attention to detail was impeccable, and it was clear from day one that I was in safe hands. I will absolutely be recommending Mr. Khalil to my family and friends. If you’re looking for a conveyancer who is not only highly skilled but also efficient and communicative, look no further! Proactive, pragmatic, prompt
This was our second experience with Mohammed. He was excellent in providing advice and speeding up the process during our house sale. He actually responds to emails and picks up the phone, this sounds like it shouldn't be worth mentioning, but to those who have had a bad experience with a conveyancing team will know exactly why I'm including this...
Top work all round and would recommend to anyone.

Property purchase
We were so anxious about the legal jargon ; Naheem broke it down for us so even a child could grasp it . He is very professional and a man who so straight to the point . My wife was very anxious but he was very reassuring ; he made the transaction effortfully smooth . Much appreciated for your help and would highly recommend. When we ever we purchase another property ;we will definitely be using Liddy’s solicitor especially Naheem.

Moving house, not a problem
From start to finish and all inbetween a fantastic solicitors. Everyone who we spoke to via call or e mail was brilliant and nothing was too much trouble. Throughout we was informed and kept up to date. Overall a great service and would recommend to anyone .

Successful House Purchase thanks to Liddy's
I engaged Liddy's Solicitors with regards to a house purchase, and they were brilliant. Efficient, and courteous, they got the job done with minimal fuss.
Mohammed in particular was instrumental in making sure we completed on the agreed date.

Friendly, efficient and good value.
The conveyancing team are polite, friendly and approachable. They made themselves readily available and responded with the help and advice we needed. The service delivered was efficient very reasonably priced.
