Brilliant. Couldn't recommend enough.
Mohammed and his team were absolutely brilliant throughout. The communication and timely responses were completely unexpected. The price was fair compared to others we received quotes from. We were in direct contact with the other 3 buyers/sellers in the chain and all struggled to get information and updates from their solicitor but Mohammed was on it from day 1. Wouldn't recommend anyone else. Thank you!

Not the quickest, but they get the job done.
I am happy to recommend, staff are available by a quick phone call or email, and they seem to have a good process for signing up. Like most solicitors, there is no particular urgency, and it take some chasing. They were also a few light administrative errors, but they were picked up and rectified quite quickly.
Most importantly, they were honest and got the job done.

Conveyancing
Difficult to equate as no previous experience of conveyancing to compare against. The process was easy with very little delay or additional complication. I paid for a service and I got that. Overall, very happy and would use this solicitor again.

Liddy’s Solicitor Review
We have a rather positive experience using Liddy’s after being recommended them by family who has also used them recently. In this case we were first time buyers but had a good understanding of the process.
Liddy’s communicated well throughout, with clear advice, which was professional and often timely. Compared to other firms, Liddy’s is on the cheaper side, which always makes it more pleasant.
The sellers solicitor were not quite as honest which slowed the process. I often felt I needed to push Liddy’s to be proactive, however I will give credit, Liddy’s did push the sellers solicitors for the purchase when asked. I do understand some other firms have a checklist of ‘things to do’ and tick it off as it is completed. I think this approach would help first time buyers understand what is next/ what is outstanding.
Overall, Liddy’s were a pleasure to deal with. Thank you.

Excellent service
First class service, nothing too much trouble even replayed to any inquiries on weekends and when on holiday. Mohammed was first class and gave clear advice.
