This is the third time using Ryan Property Law - twice for personal property buying and once regards our letted property. The whole team dealt with our very complex, drawn out case with professionalism and care. They kept us well informed throughout and re-assured us. We had a really excellent conveyancing service from Ryan Property Law. Kathryn responded promptly to email and telephone enquiries and clearly talked us through some more complicated issues involving covenants on our prospective house face to face. We went to them based on a friend's recommendation, and would definitely recommend them to others, based on our experience.
