Great solicitors

We used Ryan Property Law for both the sale of our former house and the purchase of our new house, our solicitor Clare Leckenby and her team were very helpful and communicative throughout the whole process, we always felt as though we could ask any questions we needed to and everything was responded to in a timely manner, this is the second time we’ve bought a house and Ryan Property Law we’re much better than the solicitors we used the first time around, we would definitely use them again in the future if needed and would recommend to anyone looking for property solicitors.

Fantastic service, as always!

We’ve used Ryan Property Law many times over the years and every time they do a fantastic job. Lynda and Kathryn are a brilliant team, we always feel comfortable that they have our best interests at heart, they’re very efficient and I never have to chase to find out what’s happening. The estate agent even commented on how they kept things moving and dealt with issues proactively. Thank you again to everyone involved.

Superb service

This is the third time using Ryan Property Law - twice for personal property buying and once regards our letted property. The whole team dealt with our very complex, drawn out case with professionalism and care. They kept us well informed throughout and re-assured us. They pushed for the best possible outcomes and cared about our case. We cant thank them enough for what was over a year dealing with our case. Moving house not quite as stressful as it could have been!

We had a really excellent conveyancing service from Ryan Property Law. Kathryn responded promptly to email and telephone enquiries and clearly talked us through some more complicated issues involving covenants on our prospective house face to face. We went to them based on a friend's recommendation, and would definitely recommend them to others, based on our experience.
