Below average service
The service I received was truly deplorable.
Where do I start?
Getting in touch with my case handler was a torture.
Completion date was missed.
Instead of transferring money into my account, I was told a cheque is being sent and I only found out after having waited for 2 days for payment.
By the way, at the time of writing this review, I still haven't received the cheque.
I have used many Conveyancers and I have never had such bad experience.
Never again!
