We were very happy to have Rose help us make amendments to our wills which had also been with Wilsons. Rose put us at ease straight away with her friendly manner. Any questions we had Rose answered patiently and knowledgeably especially the tenants in common part we wanted. Rose always returned our phone calls promptly and was a pleasure to deal with.

Alicia was very professional and extremely helpful. The only slight issue was when Rose left and an email I sent to Rose detailing changes to the Will was lost in the process of Rose leaving. That was a minor issue as Alicia made all the required changes and advised that Wilsons will store the original Will free of charge.

An excellent service and I have recommended Wilsons to family and friends.

We have used Wilson’s in Horsforth before for property purchases and found them to be responsive and reliable. We dealt with one solicitor and she was really helpful and efficient. On this occasion our experience has been completely different. It took months to transfer the deeds from being in our name to that of a family member who lives there. No sale was made, no money exchanged hands. I thought it would be quick and straightforward. Despite explaining the above to every solicitor we spoke to (there were several) the whole process was treated as a sale process - lots of irrelevant online form-filling and emails from different people asking questions that did not apply.

Wilsons dealt with our house sale and purchase of our new property. Roshni dealt with the sale and Michelle for the purchase of new property.
