Our training session with David and Simon was thoroughly enjoyed by our HR team & managers. The session was informative & ensured the main aspects were covered but also brought in their experience to delve into real life examples, which proved to be very engaging.
As an organisation, it allowed us to review what we currently have in place but also took away what next step to take to improve our procedures.
I would recommend Simon & David to any organisation that is after engaging training sessions that are ‘fun’ but informative.

After landing a new job and handing in my notice, my employer decided to issue me with a Cease and Desist letter, with the threat of legal action if I took up employment with the new firm prior to post termination restrictions expiring, which initially would have been 6 months since the termination of employment, but was knocked down to 3.
Following a recommendation from a member of my extended family I got in contact with Robinson Ralph and after my initial representation Nick took my case on, clearly confident my employer was being heavy handed and had overstepped the mark and that any court would look favourably on my position, evidence and circumstance.
Nicks advice and action helped alleviate a lot of the stress and worry during my 3 month notice period, where I still attended the office daily. Without his professional advice and opinion I'm not sure I would have been able to keep turning up to work confident in my position without letting the stress from this seemingly David vs Goliath situation I had found myself in get the better of me.
Nick was friendly, polite and explained matters in a way that I could understand as a lay person, which I appreciated. His knowledge and expertise clearly evident from working on both sides of this type of dispute. I would absolutely go to Nick again if I ever found myself in hot water with another employer.

Simon and David provided 4 sessions across a range of people across our organisation. The sessions were informative and engaging striking the right balance of discussion and information sharing.
There was plenty of 2 way engagement and real life examples.

Whilst it’s not great being made redundant from a company David guided me through the whole process and ensure I had the best possible exit.
After initially meeting David several years ago at a networking event, then keeping in touch through LinkedIn, it’s the sort of person who you hope you will never need. David went through the agreement, guided me where I needed it and advised me that something was ‘reasonable’ when he thought it would be/was.
Available when I needed him and not a difficult situation to navigate due to his experience.

Robinson Ralph responded to my request for help swiftly, with care and attention to detail. David reviewed all documents and took me through the legal language in a clear and effective way, breaking down complex terminology and explaining meaning, consequences and impact, clause by clause.
This help in dealing with my former employer expedited a process that had been difficult and upsetting, guiding me through the legal process to an outcome. I would definitely recommend.
