Harassment Training Session
Our training session with David and Simon was thoroughly enjoyed by our HR team & managers. The session was informative & ensured the main aspects were covered but also brought in their experience to delve into real life examples, which proved to be very engaging.
As an organisation, it allowed us to review what we currently have in place but also took away what next step to take to improve our procedures.
I would recommend Simon & David to any organisation that is after engaging training sessions that are ‘fun’ but informative.

Anti-Harrassment Training
Simon and David provided 4 sessions across a range of people across our organisation. The sessions were informative and engaging striking the right balance of discussion and information sharing.
There was plenty of 2 way engagement and real life examples.
They helped us achieve our aim of not ticking a box, but looking at ways to encourage our staff to own the culture.

Harassment Training
Simon and David provided onsite quality training that was both interactive and scenario / case based. This enabled colleagues to put the new legislation into context whilst sharing learnings. A well organised and lively session!

Engaging, enjoyable and informative
Great feedback from our delegates on both sessions delivered. Simon and David were lighthearted and engaged well with the attendees, making what can be a dry subject very engaging and informative. EDI Training - would recommend!
We recently used Robinson Ralph to carry out some EDI training for our people, we had a mix of in person and online sessions, all were really well received, it was engaging and had a touch of light humour as it can be a heavy subject. The team were all lovely to speak with and it was easy to arrange and book. Would use again and cannot recommend enough.
