Harassment Training
The content was very informative with good examples provided which is key to raise awareness and ensure that the do's and dont's are well understood. The outcomes of the examples provided did raise a few eyebrows which signalled the lack of awareness from our employees as to what is considered non-acceptable behaviour in the workplace. We appreciate that this training is also typically delivered over the course of a couple of hours but that it had to be condensed for us as it lasted an hour but it definitely contained essential information as it got employees talking afterwards.

I would recommend for any employee relations training.
Simon and David were fantastic. They tailored the training to suit the specific needs of our business, providing a personalised approach from the outset. The training itself was easily understandable and suitable for all levels of experience within our team. Their use of real-life examples sparked thought-provoking discussions and valuable insights. Their passion, enthusiasm, and knack for Dad jokes made the session on employee relations engaging and enjoyable (no easy feat). Engaging Training with a dynamic duo
I never thought I would say, that I found a legal training amazing, but here I am! David and Simon are both incredible facilitators who presented quite a serious topic to my organisation. They were well organised, the session was fun and interactive and the scenarios really created healthy debates.
