I wonder why we used them.
This review is for a different branch.
We used this firm to transfer two properties early 2000. Although stored digitally they insisted that they stored the deeds. In 2021 we needed sight of the deeds and asked for them. From that point on they were unhelpful, unprofessional and bordered on rude. Initially they claimed that they never done the work. When I found correspondence they then couldn't find them and told me to pay to download them from the land registry. This I had to as they just dragged their feet by avoiding and not returning calls.
There are plenty of other solicitors to chose from.
