Very lengthy calls - billed by the minute!
Very disappointed with my bill from Woollastons. My divorce took a couple of years (mostly not their fault) but the divorce solicitor would phone me and take ages to explain everything. All her calls were so long, I had to keep saying I was busy. And she bills by the minute, which I didn't even realise, so no wonder her calls were so lengthy. Everything is billed by the minute, including emails and letters, so be careful how much they add up to.

I have known this firm and the owners for many years. Laura and her team have handled many sales from myself, my family and indeed some of my friends whom I have recommended. What you get from this team is an excellent, honest, straightforward, thorough service. They handle conveyancing with diligence and integrity. They are handling another sale for me right now. I can't recommend them highly enough...go an chat to them you won't be disappointed.

My late Fathers estate.
Do not use this company.
They have been dealing with my late Father's will.
They sent duplicate emails to family members who were named as beneficiaries which should have been confidential
I received one addressed to me stating that me and my Brother were beneficiaries of my late Fathers will when they were clearly aware that my Brother died in tragic circumstances a few years ago.
I have since discovered that the email they sent to me was supposed to be for my Niece who will inherit my late Brothers share of the will.
The solicitor dealing with this is never in the office.

This review is for a different branch.
I have used Wooloston Solicitors for probate and other services. I can not thank them enough for there excellent service and professionalism at such a difficult time . All staff were always helpful and nothing was to much trouble even home visits were arranged.
I highly recommend them and they will be my first choice if I need them in the future.
