Aasima from Convey Us was absolutely brilliant in asslisting us with our house move. It wasn't exactly plain sailing and there were lots of issues at the start of the chain but we were kept in the loop at all times and Aasima would chase things daily. Great Service

From start to finish Navneet Gill has been fantastic. At the start we were unsure which firm to deal with and spoke to several. What made us want to deal with Navneet was from the first time we spoke on the phone, she came across as warm, caring, and above all professional. We then met Navneet at her offices and she was very reassuring which we appreciated. We were understandably quite anxious at buying a property, and straight away she put us at ease. From start to finish, we were so pleased that we had Navneet and the team at Convey Us to take care of us. Navneet is thorough with her work, explains things clearly, is highly professional, along with being caring and friendly, and above all fully recommended.

6 weeks !!
Saf said he would do his best to help us get our new home in wylde green as soon possible, and 6 weeks later it was done . The staff from chosen estate agents also agreed with me that all our messages were answered straight away and we were all kept informed throughout the process . Christine was always available to answer my questions, which as it was my first home, there was a lot ..Thankyou !!

Lucy Rochester was extremely helpful throughout my house sale. She took the time to explain the process to me as this was my first sale. She was knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. She kept me updated all the way through and was speedy which was required for a quick sale. I cannot recommend her enough and will definitely use her services again.

My parents have very recently moved house and used Convey Us for both their sale and purchase - I couldn’t recommend them enough. Lucy Rochester was their appointed contact and she was a credit to the company. My parents aren’t very ‘tech savvy’ and there were points during the sale/purchase where they needed things explained in a way they could understand and she always provided this to them without hesitation. Lucy was very proactive and responsive, always at the end of the phone line and responding to emails. Thank you!
