Navneet Gill did a great job getting our completion over the line, at a very busy time right before the Christmas holidays. With multiple complications and movement of goal posts at the top of the chain, Nav was relentless at chasing and putting pressure on the other parties to ensure completion before Christmas. Selling my flat was touch and go from the outset. The first solicitors engaged did nothing but procrastinate. However, when I switched to Convey Us Limited, Christine Bown was on it like a true professional. Regardless of what time I conacted her, Christine was there with the answer. She pushed the landlords legal team and management company for the completed paperwork. I truly believe if it wasn't for Christine's tenacity for getting things done, the sale of my property may have fallen down. I strongly recommend Convey Us Limited for your conveyancing requirements. I'm biased, but ask for Christine. She is an amazing solictor. I will definitely use them for all my future legal needs.

After a slow start to our experience, some of this due to the lender we were dealing with. Nav Work really hard to get our mortgage across the line for us, communication was much improved and Nav helped us through all the paperwork to a quite complicated arrangement.

In my journey of house sale and purchase I came across 4 different solicitors and Lucy if Convey Us provided an outstanding service. She was super responsive, knowledgeable and helpful. If all solicitors involved were like this, the process would have taken half the time!

Lucy Rochester was extremely helpful throughout my house sale. She took the time to explain the process to me as this was my first sale. She was knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. She kept me updated all the way through and was speedy which was required for a quick sale. I cannot recommend her enough and will definitely use her services again.

My parents have very recently moved house and used Convey Us for both their sale and purchase - I couldn’t recommend them enough. Lucy Rochester was their appointed contact and she was a credit to the company. My parents aren’t very ‘tech savvy’ and there were points during the sale/purchase where they needed things explained in a way they could understand and she always provided this to them without hesitation. Lucy was very proactive and responsive, always at the end of the phone line and responding to emails. Thank you!
