Lisa is tops!
Lisa Shocker was the first person I spoke to regarding a potential upcoming legal issue. Without payment, Lisa took the time to talk through my situation and gave initial advice, via phone and email, which helped resolve things without litigation. A lovely kind lady who obviously cares about her potential customers more than £.

Do Not Use This Firm
This firm has 1 star because I cannot score them any lower.
This firm lost an open and shut case because they were lazy and cowardly.
If you really need a solicitor, you would be better off trying to represent yourself rather than use this firm. They will charge you the earth and deliver nothing.

This firm only scored 1 star because I cannot score them any lower.
They will charge you the earth and deliver nothing. This firm lost an open and shut case because they were too cowardly.
If you really need a solicitor, you would be better off doing things yourself than trusting this company.

Professional team. W. Tully oversaw the work and her colleagues.
Jane Webb and Belinda Pucci were brilliant. They explaiened everything clearly, kept me updated and informed at each step of the way to ensure that an extremely difficult situation regarding the seller was resolved amicably and quickly. I was also treated respectfully and everything was explanined to me so that I did not need to worry. Every question I asked was answered and I really have great admiration at the way my matter was handled and completed. Jane Webb so patient with me.

2 failed appointments and very unprofessional
I booked a telephone appointment with a Lisa Shocker. She failed to keep the appointment. I followed up with a query and I was told that she will be sent another reminder. I booked a second telephone appointment. She did not keep that appointment either!!!

Charlotte matthews and her team are great at the four oaks branch
I instructed Charlotte matthews and her team for both the sale and purchase of a house and even though it was super stressful time and her team stayed in contact with me consistently and answered any queries and helped me move before Xmas as I wanted they were all really considerate informative and generally amazing can’t recommend them enough.
