We began working with Burley Law about 18 months ago when we needed some advice around developing contracts for subcontractors. We were so impressed with the firm that we have continued working with them to develop a range of legal documents. Our main contact (Reccy Midigo) has walked us through the process of working out exactly what we what to achieve before embarking on the process of drafting and then finalising the relevant documents. Reccy has helped us create Licence Agreements, Software Development Agreements and Collaboration Agreements. These documents have given us the confidence to work with other organisations and subcontractors safe in the knowledge that we are in control of the wider process. We will continue working with Burley Law and highly recommend Des, Reccy and the rest of the tam as the “go to firm” for legal advice.

I was really pleased with the service I received. I felt Reccy really took the time to understand the needs of my business and took the time to explain. I feel way more clued up now then I did and know that I have somewhere to go back to should any issues arise. Peace of mind for sure.

We've been using Burley law for about 18 months and have been impressed by their depth of knowledge and their attention to detail. I recently had the pleasure of working with Liz Burley and her team. It was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the initial consultation to the resolution of my legal matter, Liz demonstrated a remarkable ability to communicate with compassion complex legal concepts in a clear way which made the process less daunting and stressful.
Communication channels were always open and I felt well-informed throughout the process. There was high level of communication and client-centric approach which was much needed in a highly pressured situation.
Moreover, the team’s responsiveness and attention to detail were commendable. Communication channels were always open, and I felt well-informed at every stage of the process. Any questions or concerns I had were addressed promptly, which helped significantly with the stress and pressure I was dealing with at the time.
Another noteworthy aspect is the fair and transparent fee structure. There were no hidden costs or surprises, and I felt the value I received far exceeded the fees paid. The outcome was very positive too.
