We began working with Burley Law about 18 months ago when we needed some advice around developing contracts for subcontractors. We were so impressed with the firm that we have continued working with them to develop a range of legal documents. Our main contact (Reccy Midigo) has walked us through the process of working out exactly what we what to achieve before embarking on the process of drafting and then finalising the relevant documents. Reccy has helped us create Licence Agreements, Software Development Agreements and Collaboration Agreements. These documents have given us the confidence to work with other organisations and subcontractors safe in the knowledge that we are in control of the wider process. We will continue working with Burley Law and highly recommend Des, Reccy and the rest of the tam as the “go to firm” for legal advice.

Quality service
I was really pleased with the service I received. I felt Reccy really took the time to understand the needs of my business and took the time to explain. I feel way more clued up now then I did and know that I have somewhere to go back to should any issues arise. Peace of mind for sure.

We are a charity (https://firststeptrust.co.uk)developing new innovative and accessible EdTech training programmes for long term unemployed people with mental health problems and other disadvantages. We've been using Burley law for about 18 months and have been impressed by their depth of knowledge and their attention to detail. They are able to help us understand complex issues in laypersons terms!! All of this is at a very competitive price.

I have been working with Des for a decade and I trust him implicitly for all of my trademark work in the UK.
