I had two claims running with thompsons through my union unite. It was turbulent at times getting passed to new people over the three years and having to re-explain things etc. It wasn't really till my claims were taken over by Jack that things really came together. He saw I had two on the go so took both of them. I've been working with Jack for the last year and he has gone above and beyond to try and help me. After three very long and stressful years my former work finally admitted fault to both claims and settled out side of court. I really do have Jack and his team to thank for this. I'm incredibly grateful for what they have done for my family

I have nothing but admiration for the exemplary way in which Ben Hall handled my compensation case. He was kind, sensitive, courteous and thorough. Early in 2023 I was identified as one of Ian Paterson’s victims. I contacted Thompsons and my case was quickly taken on by Ben Hall. A little update.
After consultation with a different firm and a great deal of explanation I finally can rest my case.
Yes I have to admit the the 3 years of limitation would end by the time the evidence is presented to the court, however "why to start if you cannot finish" and put people through unnecessary stress.
Very unfortunate that the lawyer who starts the work has to leave the firm, but if it can be used as excuse than how many injury claim could actually be settled.
I am very confused but I still have my trust that Sam Nixon helped to build and I hope whomever will deal the rest of the claim would be jist as professional.
