The acquisition procedure was completed within the desired timeframe despite the constraints associated with the audits, but the team was always responsive and available to speed things up while complying with the standards.

Scored 1 star because i couldn't score 0. My whole experience with this company has felt like a nightmare for the best part of the last couple of months. No communication what so ever, had to chase for everything and can never reach them, phone lines have been down since Monday this week. My case officers have misinformed me about how much they can withdraw from my LISA so my funds are now stock. I am in the final completion stages of my purchase and i don't have an update or realistic idea of my completion date. The housing association have now informed me today that if my purchase is not completed by the end of the month they will remarket the property. Don't know what to do as i am not able to ring them and i am not getting any responses from the email i sent them today. Totally disappointed with my experience with this firm, Metro Finance reassured me from day one that this firm was recommended, i started having doubts from the beginning but decided to proceed with them because i already pay initial deposit and started the process with them. I am really feeling regretful about not listening to my gut instincts, i am now concerned about loosing this property!

All was fine, as expected with service , at times had to push for a response due to people being on leave/on holiday , but usually quick to respond if called

For the last half of our purchase everyone was Fantastic. The only thing I was bothered about was not being told they weren't also representing us with our sale too. It should be made aware that the quote you get is for only one particular side and not for both as we had to scramble then to find another solicitor. When you know nothing about that sort of business and are told to find representation you don't get told to make sure they will sort the sale and the purchase and it probably would've cost less if we had to only pay one solictors. A disclaimer would be good. Other than that and the slight pronlemon of not being able to get hold of anyone cos of annual leave or illness and then finally getting through to someone on their behalf and have to tell everything that's happened so far again amd again.then having to wait for them to read through the file to catch up is very tedious and sometimes just takes far too long when you need to give people answers asap. Other than that we were eventually satisfied with the work that was done
