Shared Direction were initially referred to us via our mortgage broker. Overall the service was good with them, they had the most competitive quote offered compared to local companies we looked at individually. Our solicitor Nonceba dealt with us very well considering we are first time buyers, she was always on hand to provide updates and answer any questions we had. I would recommend them and we will also use them again when it comes to staircasing matters.

Overall a relatively good experience from Shared Direction Conveyancing. Once asked they are great at explaining but as a first time buyer there is no guidance on what to expect and how long bits take.

But all I can say is the team pulled the hat out of the bag on exchange & completion day as this did not happen until just gone 5:30pm due to an issue with property.
