I feel I pulled the short straw for who was dealing with my purchase. Poor communication, ignored my emails and could not answer the phone/get back to voicemails and they appeared to overlook paperwork- such as telling me how a piece was missing after completion. I would not recommend.

Me and my husband are first time buyers, and had no idea where to start. Shared Direction were recommended to us by a colleague, and we cannot thank them enough. Initially we were skeptical about the lower price, as so often you find that price dictates service, but Shannon and Grace have been absolutely phenomenal throughout the process, from answering our questions, to asking them on our behalf. Communication was open and regular, and whenever we had a query it was responded to if not resolved within a few hours, which was very impressive. From quote to completion the process has taken around 6 weeks, which is incredible. Our first impressions were of a personable, motivated team, driven to help and advise throughout the entire process, which was immideately reassuring, and these impressions were lived up to - all deadlines given by the housing asscociation were met, all questions were answered thoroughly, with a solution, timeframe in which to expect the results, and often other updates or context to further reassure us. Additionally, the text message updates on the progress were an exciting little bonus.

I give one star as it’s not possible to give 0. I had a horrible experience, they were highly unprofessional and they delayed the whole process. Also, my case officer, Devron kept losing my documents so I had to send them again. (And that’s expensive). Same thing happened the day of exchange, so I had to sort all these things out because of his bad professionalism. I asked a discount and that resulted 25£, price that covered the Royal Mail charge. Also, during completion day they told me that it happened 1 hour after I got the keys . I contacted the building mananger before otherwise I would’ve got the keys the day after. Will never use this again.
