Can not recommend

The service they provide for the application process is very tiresome and inefficient and some of the lawyers are very knowledgeable whilst others are not at all (the junior ones handle the actual application process). They submitted three applications for us and in total and I spent 15hrs on the phone with them whilst our applications were being typed. This procedure is time consuming and errors are bound to happen. In the end our daughter’s surname was spelled differently from our surname in the applications and therefore the decision on our daughter’s visa was delayed by three months. We only found out about this spelling error through personal contacts into the British Embassy and matters only proceeded once we took matters into our own hands and contacted the local MP. SABZ solicitors only kept saying we should wait for a decision on the visa to be made. They also hadn’t checked before starting the application process if priority services would be available, and as it took them three working days to prepare the applications one after the other over the phone, priority service was unavailable for the third application, which again was unfortunately our daughter’s.
We spent a lot of money to secure a fast forward visa application process and in the end it would have been much more efficient, less nerve wracking and more successful and straightforward if we had just done it all ourselves. Very disappointing.

Got my daughter's visa after 2 refusals

"I had been struggling to get my daughter's visa approved after two refusals, and I was feeling quite hopeless. When I found SABZ Immigration Solicitors online, I was initially skeptical. However, after my first call with Monica, I started to feel more reassured. She explained the process clearly and provided me with the steps they would take to reapply.

I worked closely with Ms. Yasmeen, who was incredibly polite, professional, and efficient throughout the entire process. Her expertise and quick response times made all the difference. Thanks to SABZ and their team's support, I am overjoyed to say that my daughter's visa has finally been approved after a year of waiting and previous refusals.

I can't thank SABZ enough for making this possible. Highly recommend their services for anyone going through visa issues."

At first it seemed promising

At first it was great, they were efficient and very helpful. The case is now in limbo. We tried contacting our solicitor for 3 weeks, no email reply. The assistant is rude on the phone, just hangs up before we could ask for a call back. All we want to get is some information but it seems impossible to get.
Very disappointing and frustrating.

Excellent professional service standard

Throughout our experience with SABZ Solicitors from the beginning with Leave to Enter, renewal Leave to Remain and finally Indefinite Leave to Remain, the advice and support has always been very professional and friendly.
This last process handled by Aliya who has always on hand to answer any questions and ensured everything went smoothly with the process. I can highly recommend Aliya along with Haq who has been our contact from the beginning.
Our sincere thanks to Aliya, Haq and SABZ Solicitors.

Brilliant!

We had a really good experience with UK Immigration Solicitors! Our caseworker, Aliya Yousaf, was fantastic. She always explained everything to us really clearly, was very patient with what was quite a stressful and complicated case, and kept in touch with us really well. She was always quick to reach out and communication was really good, which made the whole process so much easier to get through. I would 100% recommend both the company and Aliya - really glad to have found them!!

Talal Talha

5 ⭐ Firm

I recently worked with Talal Talha at Sabz Solicitors for my Spouse Visa application, and I am incredibly impressed with the service I received. From start to finish, Talal was amazing to work with. His expertise and professionalism truly stood out, making a complex process feel straightforward and manageable. He communicated clearly at every step, ensuring I fully understood what was needed and when. What really made a difference was how he put me at ease. Navigating visa applications can be stressful, but Talal’s calm and reassuring approach made me feel confident and supported throughout. He was always available to answer any questions I had and made sure that everything was done quickly and efficiently.

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and I’m extremely grateful to Talal for his hard work. I highly recommend him and Sabz Solicitors for anyone seeking legal assistance, especially with immigration matters.

Thank you, Talal, for making this such a smooth and positive experience!

Very fast process...

Mr Amir Farooqui handled our case and was very professional about it. It was super quick too. We got the documents together and sent them him and it took around 6 weeks for my filipino wife to get her spouse visa. We used standard priority too, so 6 weeks is really quick for a decesion. We are now settled in the uk together with our beloved daughter :]

Used for immigration additional information, charged £2500 which they insisted had to be paid immediately, then they left the case for 7 months and I was handed to 3 different people before an application was finally submitted, which was put together loosely in one day and failed, that was all the money I had left and our last chance, now my partner is being deported .
They never take my calls or call back once you paid. They are a disgusting and Mr Babar the director ignored 2 written complaints!!
