Let me start by saying this wasn’t a straightforward case and I had only 2 weeks to appeal against the home office decision, I contacted many solicitor and they all turned me down, they said as this is a very complicated case there is only a small chance that this case wins. Contacted Sabz solicitors and sought advice from Miss Mughal. She went through all the details with me, despite being busy, she was listening effectively and patiently and provided me with the best possible advice. She warned me that the case isn’t straightforward, but she will do her best, she also pointed out that she had dealt with similar immigration matters and had succeeded.
She rang me up 2 days ago and informed me that the appeal had been allowed. She is a very nice person, she is professional, knowledgeable and informative. She worked really really hard for this case, I think she deserves a lot more than what she gets. :)

The initial phone call I had with Sabz was very good. Took a lot of information from me about our case and provided advice free of charge. We then paid a one time fee for the whole process no matter how long it took.
Very fairly priced and in line with other firms we approached.
Our first appointment with the senior immigration lawyer was fine, took all our details and explained the application process.
After this we were handed to a trainee that wasn’t particularly responsive and went on a training course at the time we wanted to submit our application.
So we swapped to Hamza Khan, he was always available if we called and replied to emails very promptly. He got the application and all supporting information put together and submitted very quickly. Just make sure you proof read the application as there was a couple of mistakes but they were rectified immediately.
Over all, they’re a very responsive firm and their work got our spouse visa approved, well before the home office deadline. Personally I wouldn’t attempt this alone and risk rejection so give them a call!

My brother was detained upon entry, and after one week of admin review, his skilled worker visa was canceled by HM with no right to appeal, and a return ticket was booked for him to go back. Gave me future

I could not highly recommend this company enough especially Shabnam. Through the ups and the downs they were their. When other firms stated that our case would not succeed without us earning the £18.600 a year, Sabz Solicitors were confident that we could win our case. At times it was hard to believe in the process. But they knew their work very well and they genuinely cared for our case.
My husband is Sierra Leonen and I am British, we got married in 2018 in Sierra Leone. My aim was to stay there but my health deteriorated so after about two years there we started to apply for visa for my husband to come with me to the UK.
The case did not look good, I was earning £8000+ and so we did not meet the criteria.
But the solicitors applied under exceptional circumstances due to my health.
We were denied a few times and then got to the lower tribunal, they overturned the decision of the immigration, but then the immigration appealed and we had to go to the upper tribunal where we were kindly represented by Sabz solicitor's as to the facts as to why my husband needed to join me and our baby as I was now in London.
That judge so kind and overturned the case again and now my family are now reunited.
I'm so glad I never lost faith in the process, which to be honest was hard when so many were doubtful. They were honest, and they did what they stated and had hope in our case, faith in us and they came through for our family. Our baby girl is so delighted to have her daddy with her. She won't even let him go. It is so very sweet.
