Very fast process...
Mr Amir Farooqui handled our case and was very professional about it. It was super quick too. We got the documents together and sent them him and it took around 6 weeks for my filipino wife to get her spouse visa. We used standard priority too, so 6 weeks is really quick for a decesion. We are now settled in the uk together with our beloved daughter :]

Children's ILR application
SABZ Solicitors presented my children's application for settlement. Unfortunately one of childrens application was unsuccessful due to me not disclosing some information. This has not stopped us in our tracks as SABZ Solicitors has been quick to action and this is currently been dealt with in an application. We look forward to a positive outcome
Good to say my youngest child application was successful. For me know half the battle is won. With this challenge that presents itself, Mr Farooqui has taken up the challenge and has advised and assisted us in next steps to over turn a decision that was made. My families thanks goes to Mr Amir Farooqui, who has been supportive, professional, patient and easy to communicate with, he has provided top customer service by being transparent with me and no matter what the hour has always been their to guide and support us in our applications and current situation. Even thou we still working on my one child application and probably should o ly provide the review once all been settled I have to highly recommend the service from SABZ Solicitors. And if you can , request the service of Mr Amir Farooqui for that first world class service.
