Nisha was amazing!

I had reached out to several lawyers and initially picked Nisha because she was the most friendly when we spoke over the phone. And, fast forward a few months - I think that was a great decision and Nisha is fantastic! While halfway through my own ILR application, my partner had an emergency visa issue which we also got Nisha to help us with, and she was able to help us both with our ILR applications in parallel and, as of yesterday we both now have settled status! So yeah, very very happy with working with Nisha :)

Help with a partner visa

We managed to find Nisha at Cartwright king in a maze of companies offering visa advice and after speaking with her for the first time it was clear to me that we had found the right person to help us
She explained everything that was needed of us and she put us in touch with the right people to get the necessary paperwork in place
We had built up a rapport and the whole process was pretty much Stressfree.
We returned to Thailand in early August with all the paperwork just needing a TB test
Nisha then made the appointment for us to join the queue in Bangkok at the UK Visa agent.
We then waited about 5 weeks for the visa to be granted
5 Star is used a lot but in our experience it was 6 star
I would happily recommend Nisha to anyone who needs help with any visa application

Application

Ms. Nisha Leel was very helpful in preparing my application for a naturalization process. She clearly explained to me what information and documents I needed to provide and assisted me in filling the online form. She was always available, patient, and ready to answer any questions I might have, also after my application was already submitted. I absolutely recommend her as a solicitor due to her competence, professionalism, and kindness.

I got ILR because of CartwrightKing

I previously had two different lawyers from different firms, and I had not much luck. They kept asking for additional fees for additional information, and one of them was less aware of the law than I was.
However, after getting in contact with Nisha from CartwrightKing, I was so satisfied with the service that they provide. The lawyer was responsive, quick and professional, would highly recommend the service to anybody who is also thinking of ILR settlement.

We used Cartwright King to handle the immigration process required to allow my partner, now wife, to settle with me upon my return to live in the UK, after living/working in the Middle East for many years.
Sherena was most professional, holding remote video sessions whilst we were still living abroad and keeping us informed of the visa submission process/application status. Both visa applications were successfully completed at the first attempt. The visa process can be daunting and the supporting documentation extensive, which risks the application being rejected should the submission fail to satisfy immigration requirements. I recommend using an experienced immigration solicitor, such as Cartwright King, rather than attempt to navigate the process oneself, to avoid potential omissions or insufficient evidence, which may lead to a rejected visa application.
