Cyrus Rashvand is an experienced Child Care Solicitor based at our Birmingham office. Cyrus is vastly skilled in both public and private cases involving children having qualified in 2012. He also has been a member of the Law Society’s Children’s Panel since 2015, enabling him to represent children directly or through a professional guardian on behalf of the child client. He has dealt with all varieties of cases and has been involved in significant complex cases dealing with sexual and physical abuse. Cyrus is a keen advocate and ensures personal representation throughout the case where possible in order to provide the best service to the client.
