Fiance and Spouse visa successful cases!

We are very pleased with the service provided by Sherena Lawrence. Using her services, we were able to successfully obtain a fiance visa and a spouse visa. She was always available to answer our questions if we had any. She was very helpful and kept us updated throughout the process. We highly recommend her for her services.

Child matters

I was knee deep thick in an ongoing, difficult court battle custody of my children, one of which is currently battling a brain tumour & Hydrocephalus. I had lost complete faith in the firm i was working with who showed very little interest in my case & whom i had to chase continuously despite going through a traumatic & particularly stressful period in my life on top of court proceedings. Sonia is amazing ! From the second she took on my case, she was impecabile. She communicated constantly, i was never in the dark, was reliable, knowledgable, professionable, approachable, honest & reliable. Sonia represented me with very little notice, was up to scratch & put to bed a case that had been dragging on for far too long. I will forever be grateful, cant recommend her enough & will only ever trust her to deal with in future

** Citizenship Application **

Hello,

I am delighted to share my experience working with Sadia Noori and Sherena Lawrence on my UK naturalisation application. They offered a fair fixed-price package for both my son and me, which was very reassuring.

As I have always been in control of my actions, the thought of handing over my application to someone else was daunting. I had lingering fears about the Home Office's reputation for being difficult and sometimes even cruel, which created a sense of unrest in the back of my mind. However, Sadia and Sherena were exceptional in their approach. They communicated clearly and consistently, providing valuable insights that helped ease my anxiety.

Their focus on the facts and thorough understanding of the process calmed my nerves significantly. They guided me through each step, ensuring I felt informed and supported. We submitted our applications in mid-July, and I was thrilled to receive my son's naturalisation approval in early August, followed by my own in early September.

I am incredibly grateful for their time and effort, which truly reflected a five-star, white-glove service from start to finish. Thank you, Sadia and Sherena, for making this process smooth and successful.

Br,
Julian.

Brilliant service!

I cannot recommend Sherena highly enough. Her expertise was instrumental in securing my wife's spouse visa. From the outset, she was exceptionally clear and informative, meticulously explaining each step of the process. Her efficiency and attention to detail were remarkable, and she kept us well-informed throughout the application journey. The transparency and communication were exemplary, which gave us great confidence in her abilities.

The service we received was outstanding, especially given the very reasonable cost. We were thrilled with the successful outcome, and it was clear that Sherena's professionalism played a significant role in that success. If you're seeking a reliable and highly skilled solicitor to manage your spouse visa application, I wholeheartedly recommend Sherena from Cartwright King.

WARNING! AVOID JAMES BAINBRIDGE & CARTWRIGHT KING!

James Bainbridge is a solicitor who should be avoided at all costs, especially if you are accessing legal aid. His conduct is highly questionable, he has no interest in preparing or managing cases effectively. James Bainbridge appears to align himself with the prosecution rather than defending his clients, making him untrustworthy and fraudulent. What I experienced suggests he is more concerned with undermining his clients than representing their interests. Avoid James Bainbridge and Cartwright King for that matter.

Additional Leave to Remain visa

This is the second successful visa application we’ve made using Sherena at Cartwright King Solicitors. What can be a daunting process, is much simplified through the use of online meetings, collation/checking of supporting documents and required timescale reminders/document submissions. I value the piece of mind obtained through use of a competent immigration lawyer, removing the risk of omitting required documentary evidence or failing to adhere with the required submission timescales. Sherena is experienced, thorough, organised and reliable, so have no hesitation in recommending their services.

Professional but Human!

Leanne was a pleasure to deal with despite the nature of my case. Leanne and her team were amazing both in court and out of court. Communication between Leanne and myself was always clear and she always had the answers to my questions.
It's clear from her approach that whilst she is doing her job, she still has the human side that makes you feel valued and listened too.
I couldn't recommend her enough and hope that others feel the same.

Thank you Leanne (and Shital)

We used Cartwright King to handle the immigration process required to allow my partner, now wife, to settle with me upon my return to live in the UK, after living/working in the Middle East for many years.
Sherena was most professional, holding remote video sessions whilst we were still living abroad and keeping us informed of the visa submission process/application status. Both visa applications were successfully completed at the first attempt. The visa process can be daunting and the supporting documentation extensive, which risks the application being rejected should the submission fail to satisfy immigration requirements. I recommend using an experienced immigration solicitor, such as Cartwright King, rather than attempt to navigate the process oneself, to avoid potential omissions or insufficient evidence, which may lead to a rejected visa application.
