decided to ask Longden Walker & Renney to take over my clinical negligence case after the large firm of solicitors I had initially asked to take on the case, were, in my opinion, unapproachable, unsympathetic and left me feeling deflated each time I spoke to them.
I was extremely fortunate to have Monica Kershaw take over my case and show me just how a GOOD solicitor should be, restoring my faith immediately.
Monica has been absolutely amazing, working hard over the last few years making sure I've finally got justice which I genuinely thought would never happen.
She is the utmost professionaI. I have never once had to contact her for updates as she constantly kept me in the loop. She welcomed any queries, never making me feel I was being a nuisance like my previous solicitor did but more importantly for me, she was friendly, empathetic and genuine.
I will never go anywhere else now but Longden Walker & Renney if i ever need legal assistance again, after learning the hard way that huge, well known firms,don't always have your best interests at heart.
