Clear, professional and fast service

Emmerson Solicitors provided me with conveyancing service when purchasing a property. From start to finish all team was approachable, responsive and very professional. My questions were always answered, requests accommodated and all process went very smoothly with regular updates provided to me. All communication was done online very efficiently (email, MS Teams and phone), visit to the office was only needed for witnessing the signatures (upon my request as I needed this service). I would certainly use Emmerson Solicitor's services again.

Appalling service and extremely rude staff

As an estate agent, I have worked with this company for years but following a mass exodus of the helpful staff I can honestly say they are now the worst solicitors I've ever dealt with. Never any call backs, literally no way to actually communicate with a solicitor, tasks taking months to complete rather than weeks and quite frankly extremely rude and unprofessional responses when you do finally hear from them. Avoid at all costs if you actually want to complete on your house sale/purchase.

Outstanding solicitors goes above and beyond

The people who work at the team of Emerson solicitors are absolutely outstanding from receptionist to the solicitors there and also Bushra she is and absolutely lovely lady who works close by solicitors feeds info and messages to them she is the best listener does not miss anything you say and helps above and beyond and also is so nicely spoken and keeps you updated with everything the service they give is absolutely outstanding and when you need solicitor it’s normally something important so you need to have it dealt with correctly and the team at emmersons just do that they great and I would like to say massive thanks they simply the best continue your hard work and your excellent people skills cause use really are the best

We have worked with Lee from Emmersons Solicitors on a number of conveyancing cases. At first they were very responsive as you would expect any professional firm to be.

After a while they stopped keeping us informed on the progress of our deals - our emails would be ignored in some cases for a whole week or longer. Phone calls not answered and no call backs. We have also experienced some unpleasant attitude when pushing for updates.

To summarise, they are capable of doing the work, however, if you want to stay informed on the progress of the deal, not be ignored by your solicitor and not to experience occasional rudeness, we would advise looking elsewhere. In the end even the director Michael Robinson was rude enough to let us know they no longer want to hear from us.
