This is the second time Brian Mackenow & Co Limited have acted for me, which confirms my initial satisfaction with this firm.
The first time was just before Covid and their friendly, but highly professional assistance in dealing with my role as sole executor for my late father's estate truly left a lasting impression upon me demonstrating that they care for their clients, as well as ensure they getthe job done whilst keeping all beneficiaries upto date.
More recently I was taken care of by Licensed Conveyancer, Sean Gardiner.
Sean was approachable and patient with my concerns regarding buying my first home with resulting in a prompt purchase without delays or any additional costs to their original quote. I was once again, kept updated at every stage helping to put my mind at ease in a stressful situation.
I would also like to thank the kindness shown to me by the secretarial staff who never made me feel like I was being a nuisance whenever I rang with a question.
Should the need arise for further legal assistance, I know they will be my first choice to act on my behalf.
