Annabelle dolling and Rebecca suttle were exceptional in my case. They were helpful, friendly and professional. I am extremely happy with the service they provided. I was kept extremely informed through the whole process of my court case. Annabella and Rebecca were extremely knowledgeable and every staff I had contact with. I was listened to exceptionally well i was always told if there was anything I forgot to say or ask to contact at any time and if I did the reply’s were quick.

An excellent firm who gave outstanding service in all aspects of my case. Mr Hardy and his secretary Debbie gave clear and timely communication and ensured that I was able to contact them at any time. They did this in an open and considerate manner which engendered my trust in the process. By using emails,text and telephone calls I always felt that they did their utmost to give explanation and reassurance. The team were able,at all times,to answer any of my questions and communicated with each other efficiently in order to give up to date information on the ongoing case. Considering that the timing of the case included almost two years of lockdowns I was able to remain confident in their expertise and had no concerns. The teams kind and easy communication skills made me feel listened to and allowed me to feel comfortable asking questions...regardless of how silly those questions were!! Throughout the four years that your firm has dealt with my case I have been treated with utmost fairness and respect.I really can’t think how you can improve on excellence. I only hope your firm has the opportunities to continue such a service, in todays economic confusion. A superb firm in every aspect. They give an outstanding service in an honest,open and above all,approachable and kind manner.

I can't thank this firm enough, especially Richard Hardy who took my case on. He worked perfectly and so hard to help me, he was kind, caring, polite, patient and supportive. I instructed Ben Hoare Bell Solicitors in a claim against Suffolk Police. Anabella Dolling and Andrew Freckleton were fantastic in the service that they offered. Andrew Is very knowledgeable in his his field and carried out a lot of work behind the scenes regarding case law and legislation. I am pleased to have won the case against Suffolk Police and an award for aggravated damages paid.
I would advise anyone looking to make a claim against police to speak to Ben Hoare Bell, having someone as experienced as Andrew Freckleton is essential in receiving the correct outcome.

My experience with Richard Hardy and the firm overall is that they handled things very professionally not just in 1 case with me but in 2. They worked with me and talked me through the full process very well kept me on board throughout the whole process and helped me to understand bit by bit.
