I used Jill at Grey Smith Legal for a sale and purchase and was really impressed by the speed of the process.
Having heard horror stories about lack of communication and the whole sales process taking months I was amazed at the efficiency of Grey Smith. Jill kept all parties up to date and ensured a smooth process from start to finish.
Even the Estate Agents commented on how efficient the whole process was and said they wished everyone was as organised as Grey Smith and Jill!

From beginning to end Grey Smith Legal were very professional, the solicitor assigned to us Jo Bland was excellent, no problem in communication by email, or phone, the buying and selling process was made a lot easier with her help.
