We cannot praise Livvy Brass our Conveyancing Executive highly enough.
Using Grey-Smith Legal we have just sold one property and purchased two - Livvy handled the whole process brilliantly! From beginning to end Grey Smith Legal were very professional, the solicitor assigned to us Jo Bland was excellent, no problem in communication by email, or phone, the buying and selling process was made a lot easier with her help. I now have a very happy Father-In-Law, so thank you very much were are so pleased with our experience with Grey Smith Legal and would happily use their services again in the future.

Very poor service. If they show the same level of incompetence with criminal cases as they have with a probate issue it is understandable why the prisons are full.

I can't praise Grey- Smith enough. They navigated me through a sale of a house and a purchase of a house. Very good communication throughout. I would highly recommend Grey-Smith to anyone looking for conveyencing.
