Solicitors were suggested by estate agents, couldn't have asked for a better solicitor.
Livvy Brass, was helpful, supportive and kept in contact the while time.
Nothing was too much trouble, always willing to help and contact other solicitors for updates and anything else.
I can't speak highly enough of their professionalism, dedication, and making the process smooth and hassle free
Their prices are also very competitive and are justly appropriate for the service you are provided with.

We instructed Ellie and Larissa from Grey Smith Legal at Spennymoor on what should have been a very easy and quick house move.
The service, advice and professionalism we received from GSL was amazing and the sheer hard work of our legal team is probably the reason we are sat in our new house today.
Our buyers instructed an idiot of a solicitor who delayed and caused unreasonable issues at every turn.He withheld information from our buyer and would not answer emails to either our buyer or our legal team. For example our legal team applied and got back our searchers in 4 weeks while it took our buyers solicitor 12 weeks to get searchers back for the house we were selling.
Ellie and the team were truthful, quick to act and respond to our telephone calls, emails and questions. They were kind and caring in a very stressful situation.
It really goes to show it makes a huge difference who you instruct to buy and sell your house! If everyone had instructed solicitors with the same work ethos.and professionalism as the team at GSL we could have all moved weeks earlier.
I would not hesitate to recommend Ellie, Larissa and the team at GSL or instruct them again (although I don’t think we will be moving again any time soon)

From beginning to end Grey Smith Legal were very professional, the solicitor assigned to us Jo Bland was excellent, no problem in communication by email, or phone, the buying and selling process was made a lot easier with her help. I now have a very happy Father-In-Law, so thank you very much were are so pleased with our experience with Grey Smith Legal and would happily use their services again in the future.

I can't praise Grey- Smith enough. They navigated me through a sale of a house and a purchase of a house. Very good communication throughout. I would highly recommend Grey-Smith to anyone looking for conveyencing.
