Great people, very professional and ultimately got the job of selling our house done. But had to chase for updates with long periods of silence. Although responses were quick when I got in touch. Would have benefited from a more informed approach as we were first time sellers and not quite sure what to expect.

Emma was of great assistance throughout and performed wonderfully even under extremely short notice.

Kerry was also very quick to pick up my emails during Emma's absence and was fully aware of the matters we'd discussed - it felt like there was no disruption to my purchase by Emma's absence

Overall, it wasn't an awful experience but could of been better. Emma was great, getting updates on the regular.

Not much assistance when struggling with documents to be uploaded asked for help and was constantly told to ask someone else and my end bill was £80 more than told at the start, with no explanation given for the extra cost.

From my experience if you have brought a house before and know the process then Dundas Law might be for you but if you are a first time buyer and aren't 100% on the process then possibly not.

The biggest decision you ever make, so make it worth it.
