Player of the match performance!
Kerry and the team at Dundas, were and are outstanding in helping us to move home. Kerry and her team made the whole process a breeze and we would have never completed so quickly and stress free without them on the team. I highly recommended them and from my experience working with them they are not (the solicitors) they are (my solicitors) because they are the only solicitors we will use in the future.

Conveyancing Review
Generally happy, with your conveyancing service provide. Although having mistakes made on the contract forms, and having to raise this issue twice! I thought was careless and sloppy. This created some stress as the deadline was fast approaching

Got the job done but communication not very proactive
Great people, very professional and ultimately got the job of selling our house done. But had to chase for updates with long periods of silence. Although responses were quick when I got in touch. Would have benefited from a more informed approach as we were first time sellers and not quite sure what to expect.

House purchase
Emma was of great assistance throughout and performed wonderfully even under extremely short notice.
Kerry was also very quick to pick up my emails during Emma's absence and was fully aware of the matters we'd discussed - it felt like there was no disruption to my purchase by Emma's absence

Very helpful and friendly
