House purchase
Emma was of great assistance throughout and performed wonderfully even under extremely short notice.
Kerry was also very quick to pick up my emails during Emma's absence and was fully aware of the matters we'd discussed - it felt like there was no disruption to my purchase by Emma's absence

Okay
Overall, it wasn't an awful experience but could of been better. Emma was great, getting updates on the regular.
Not much assistance when struggling with documents to be uploaded asked for help and was constantly told to ask someone else and my end bill was £80 more than told at the start, with no explanation given for the extra cost.
From my experience if you have brought a house before and know the process then Dundas Law might be for you but if you are a first time buyer and aren't 100% on the process then possibly not.
The biggest decision you ever make, so make it worth it.

We do send out at the outset with our client care information details of the conveyancing process and on exchange of contracts we provided you with a completion checklist to assist you with moving into your new property. It was unfortunate that on the day of completion you had to collect the keys from the Sellers solicitor due to the Estate Agents being closed but unfortunately that is out of our control. Absolutely Brilliant
Emma was very professional and quikly chased up any issues we had (there were many) right through to the day of the move. Couldn't be happier with the service. Emma was always available and communication was excellent.

Hassle free and "home dry"
We would thoroughly recommend Dundas Law. Our house move from Newcastle Under Lyme, Staffordshire to Hargave, Northamptonshire was NOT plain sailing to say the least. However, through all of this Emma kept us fully informed, was supportive and provided sound advice when needed. Dundas Law did everything they promised to do and more. It is worth noting that our purchasers even commented "your solicitor "Emma" is really good - wish ours was as good".
