I would like to thank everyone at Moselys for their excellent work, professionalism, kindness and understanding, especially on those occasions when I must have asked what could have been construed as pretty 'silly' questions! At a time when things were very stressful and anxious, I always felt that however busy everyone was, I was always lent a sympathetic ear which was very much appreciated. I just received the decree absolute, after three of the most stressful and difficult years of my life. Throughout that time, Rhonda Bradshaw represented me and I must say it was one of the best decisions of my life.

I experienced impossibly difficult times during this journey and on so many occasions, Rhonda put me at ease, provided clarity, direction and purpose every time. She represented me with dedication, and with great professionalism. Rhonda shows great empathy, and is always willing to listen before providing clear and expert advice. She is also prepared to tell it straight – whether you like it or not, and for that I really appreciate because it helped me manage expectations. Further, Rhonda is very approachable, and is always available at short notice to assist, from a five minute chat on the phone to an online meeting.

I also want to offer my heartfelt thanks to Barbara, Libby and Emma who also worked tirelessly on my behalf. The support they gave was simply amazing.

No response whatsoever to our complaint about mistakes made

Our family has used this firm in the past and I recently brought some serious issues of concern to the attention of their Managing Partner Mr ; our concerns relate to their historic conduct in dealing with my late mother's estate. 3 months after bringing this matter to their attention, there has still been no response at all, not even an acknowledgement, and so I will now need to escalate our complaint to the appropriate regulatory authorities.

After 32 years of marriage my divorce was traumatic and very lengthy. Without Rhonda and her teams help i don't know what may have happened.

Jonathan Cunningham - Child Arrangements Order Case

Jonathan provided an excellent service at Moseleys. He helped through the toughest of cases regarding me getting access to my son (I am the father), something the other parent was preventing due to the parental split. He showed great compassion, professionalism and knowledge of the situation, proceedings and ensuring that I got a great outcome. He was always helpful and reassured me of the situation throughout. He had a hard case to deal with including uncooperativeness. Dealing with my case over a period of 18 months which was significantly longer than it should have been due to the pandemic, he always fort forwards and positively. He was very confident throughout the case and always patient with me. Always on the end of a call or very soon after anytime that I needed him via calls or emails. I would have no issue in ever recommending Jonathan for cases that he can cover. A true gent.
