Professional from start to finish

I needed a solicitor to help me with a family financial matter.

I spotted the great reviews of Keelys and, being local to me, I reached out.

The first response I got was timely and fantastic outlining the process and steps.

I was lucky enough for Julie Cox to be appointed my solictor and, after that very first call, the fears and worries I had melted away.

Julie was calm, understanding and patient as I told my story and understood, but more importantly, confirmed my requirements.

She kept in touch at each point of the process and nothing seemed like too much trouble.

5 years of service

Since subscribing to the Keelys Employment Law Service in 2019, we have been delighted with the service which has helped us to deal with numerous employee relations issues as well as TUPE transfer and a recent restructure. Keelys provide a very responsive service, almost always on the same day and I have no hesitation in recommending them to other hospices.

I have worked with Keelys LLP for years and have always received a fantastic service from Loretta Hales and her conveyancing team helping build a property portfolio. Loretta is very approachable and is able to explain complex issues related to our purchases in a way we can understand and agree actions to progress to completion, knowing we receive appropriate advice for a safe purchase. I would recommend working with Loretta and her team for any conveyancing matters.

Five stars. This is the 2nd time I've used Loretta at Keelys for conveyancing. The first time to buy a shared ownership property and then again to staircase on the property recently. Loretta is very responsive to enquiries, answering any queries with understanding. Both times the process was completed in a timely manner with care. Thank you. *****

Loretta was a joy to deal with. It certainly was not the easiest of transactions, her communication was excellent and you never felt you did not know what was going on as an agent. Would highly recommend.
