After having an awful experience with a different solicitor firm I was recommended by a friend to contact Joanne, so I did. From the first phone call I had with Joanne, I was put at ease and reassured. This journey for me
has been very stressful and at times I couldn't see an end but Joanne was always on hand to answer any questions or concerns I had. She is very prompt, efficient, is honest and reliable and I would highly recommend Joanne for anyone seeking a solicitor. I needed to write an updated Will which was hard for me because I don't like talking and dealing with matters like this! My experience at Your Local Family Solicitors Ltd was amazing. We were made to feel at ease from the start. The guidance given was first class and covered all the pitfalls that we may encounter. Everything was explained in terms we could understand.
