Stressful
A divorce is a difficult time, and honestly I felt worse, and a bit belittled after this call. I had done as much research on financial matters of a divorce as possible as I had received an offer and wanted, based on experience, to know the best way forward. I was no clearer by the end of the process and I felt like they were not on my side. I decided not to proceed only to find my refund was pounds out of the initial £500 payment to be no further along.

Our solicitors provide realistic advice to ensure that expectations are managed and costs are not incurred unnecessarily so. Details of our charging structure and hourly rate were made clear. The time spent in dealing with matters was in our opinion justified and we would have been happy to discuss this with you if you had contacted us on receipt of your invoice.

Financial settlement
After having an awful experience with a different solicitor firm I was recommended by a friend to contact Joanne, so I did. From the first phone call I had with Joanne, I was put at ease and reassured. This journey for me
has been very stressful and at times I couldn't see an end but Joanne was always on hand to answer any questions or concerns I had. She is very prompt, efficient, is honest and reliable and I would highly recommend Joanne for anyone seeking a solicitor. Helping through divorce
I can't thank Joanne and her team enough.
They made a difficult process bareable.
Joanne gave sound advice and steered me in the right direction. Never judgmental and always willing to listen.
Even when Joanne was not avaliable, there was someone else to get advice from.

Excellent advice
I would highly recommend going and seeing Joanne for advise. I didn't know which way to turn. I spoke with Jo, and she offered me such valuable advise, so that I could come up with an action plan to finally be free from an abusive relationship. I now feel more in control, thank you for all your help.

Outstanding Service
Nothing but good things to say about Garfield and the team. My case was related to child access arrangements and I have been supported, listened to and advised throughout the process.
