I received excellent service from Danielle A and Danielle G who acted on my behalf with the purchase of a flat that should have been straightforward but due to complications with the sellers proved to be anything but.
I particularly valued their excellent communication over the last couple of weeks in keeping me updated as completion neared and their earlier persistence in acting on my behalf in getting the correct information re the purchase.

We initially had a positive experience buying our house through this firm a few years ago, but unfortunately, our recent experience selling the same property has been deeply disappointing. The process was marked by a lack of communication, passivity, and clumsiness, which led to significant delays and a lack of precision at critical stages.

We often felt the need to double-check everything ourselves to avoid mistakes, which added unnecessary stress. To make matters worse, there were instances where our integrity was questioned, leaving us feeling judged and unsupported by the very people who were supposed to guide us.

Excellent conveyancing service

Elizabeth Alderson and Claire Dibb dealt with our sale and purchase and I could not recommend them more highly.
They were a knowledgeable, professional, and were always prompt at responding to emerging queries or issues.
In our case the sale of our property fell through a week prior to the move and their advice and support was invaluable.
You can find cheaper firms but you get what you pay for and I doubt you’d find many better.

The need for an identity check to be completed in advance of the move.
It was great because the sale and purchase, etc. were completed in the end. I found it stressful to a degree but that was the nature of the process.
There was one thing I felt needed to be changed. I assume I had been sent a task to confirm my identity with you. I had not done that for some reason. The first warning I had about the need to do that was just before 5pm on the day before the move. Fortunately with help from family and neighbours I was able to do what was required that evening. I might have been given another warning that I had not realised what I had to do. However I would have thought it would be a good idea to include a priority warning, possibly with a personal phone call to stress the importance of my completing the check before the move.
