After our father passed we met with Helena, who had drawn up our fathers Will. She explained the probate process and that she could do as much or as little as we wanted. We gathered all the details for the HMRC IHT submission. Helena then completed and submitted the IHT forms, then 20 working days later submitted for probate. After much procrastinating my partner and I made an appointment to see Helena at Fogwill and Jones. We have 'always been going to make a will' and last week we eventually signed along the dotted line and it is such a relief to know that things are in place now.
