STEP members (known as TEPs) are internationally recognised as experts in their field with proven qualification and experience. Helena is also a Dementia Friend. Helena has a wealth of experience in all aspects of estate planning, including the preparation of Wills, planning for Inheritance tax and nursing home care fees. She also deals with issues surrounding capacity, such as the preparation of Lasting Powers of Attorney. Helena deals with the administration of estates, whether straightforward or more complex and the preparation of Inheritance tax forms and Probate applications. It is really important to Helena to help Executors and family members through a difficult and sad time by taking as much of the work and worry away from them as possible.
